Full Job Description:

As the Social Media and Marketing Intern at Tango Squared you will have an active role in the day-to-day creation and execution of social media campaigns for clients in various industries, such as health, fashion, sports, and technology.

You will work directly with the Marketing Director to promote our client’s brand/company on social media platforms, email marketing, paid advertising, as well as through traditional media, like press releases and TV interviews.

The ideal intern candidate will have strong writing skills and an interest in creating compelling videos and content for all social platforms.

This is a unique hands-on opportunity to see a social marketing campaign from beginning to end.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns to increase engagement
  • Content creation for monthly social media posts
  • Posting organic and paid content
  • Analytic reporting for paid and organic posting
  • Engage with the community and respond to comments and notifications on social channels
  • Contribute to the development of client strategies
  • Assist with the management and production of client deliverables (branding, emails, newsletter, content, etc.)
  • Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
  • Help create and edit short-form videos, including attending some live events
  • Writing Press releases

Qualifications:

  • Interest in social media, influencer marketing and content creation
  • Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • High proficiency in English, writing skills
  • Basic Knowledge about SEO, SMM and PPC Marketing.
  • Image editing skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Must be enrolled for college credits
