Refunds & Cancellations
In the event of cancellation or termination, ownership of all intellectual property rights, including copyrights and the original artwork shall be retained by the Client and are hereby assigned by TangoSquared to Client, subject to Client’s payment of fees not subject to a good faith dispute. The Client is responsible for payment for work completed, based on contract price and pre-approved expenses already incurred.
