He is an expert in the field of user experience design, software development and marketing. He has served in the US Navy and in senior executive capacities combining innovation, marketing, engineering leadership and program delivery.

Thom has 6 patents covering user interface design, television advertising, enterprise architecture and security.

Mark

Chief Creative Officer

Mark leads all client-facing projects and applications including graphic design, user interface and user experience. As an accomplished designer, artist, and user experience expert, he has held leadership positions in marketing, architecture, consumer publications and enterprise application development companies.

Mark has several patents covering user interface design and television advertising.

Miguel

President and CTO

Miguel holds an MBA from the European University Miguel de Cervantes, Spain and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Technical University in Cartagena, Spain.

As a CEO of Walfen, Miguel leads his company to develop and deliver complete and fully secure IT solutions to its clients. Before founding Walfen, Miguel led multiple IT projects for the financial sector in Luxembourg and Switzerland and managed IT projects for major public institutions (the United Nations, European Union Satellite Centre). Miguel is an expert in secure web design and infrastructure as well as in mobile app development.

Michal

VP of Web Development

Responsible for making our projects come to life, Michal is an expert in front-end development, web applications, user experience and is an established application designer. Michal has dedicated his professional life leading the development of many successful projects as director, senior developer and team manager. His teams thrive on his leadership and determination to deliver outstanding products for our clients.

Serena

VP OF MARKETING

Serena is an expert in both traditional and digital marketing and brings to the team a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of communication, branding, and target marketing. She has a B.A. from the University of San Diego in English and Communications, as well as a M.S. from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School in Digital Innovations. Prior to joining the Tango Team Serena worked for 15 years as a Broadcast Journalist all around the country including New York City.

DIRECTOR OF DESIGN

Ngan is a graphic designer with 5+ years of experience working with in-house companies and creative agencies as well as freelance work. She can competently execute various design projects from print to digital. Her background spans across branding to corporate and marketing design, as well as creative & art directions. Ngan is creative and efficient professional with a strong work ethic, always looking for opportunities to learn.

Jeff is a skilled software engineer with over 10 years experience designing and building software solutions for businesses of all sizes. With a proven track record of success, he has the ability to understand and translate complex customer requirements into innovative and effective solutions using a wide range of technologies.

Jim is a talented motion designer, graphic designer, video producer and director. Prior to joining Tango, Jim built a successful video production and design company. He has extensive experience in providing design and production work for multiple industries ranging from entertainment, start-ups, fortune 500, higher education and bio-tech.

PROJECT MANAGER

Dominika has extensive experience working for large international companies such as Cisco, Thomson Reuters, and TiVo Corporation, where she was involved in onboarding, training and managing international teams. She has more than 15 years of experience in content creation and project coordination. Dominika is an expert in Jira ecosystem tools and agile project management.

With more than 12 years of experience in the field of administration of computer systems and networks, Art has extensive experience in software development including web-programming and desktop applications for database systems. A self-starter with an eagerness and willingness to get up to speed on new tools and technologies.

SENIOR BACKEND DEVELOPER

Lucia’s combination of analytical skills, experience in programming and passion for data analysis enable her to execute even the most complex backend projects. She has extensive experience in the development of APIs and complex integrations for clients such as Amazon. Before joining the company, she worked as a developer for Accenture and was involved in academic teaching.

Using his experience and extensive knowledge of React, React Native, Javascript and Typescript, Ruben manages and supervises complex frontend development projects. He has successfully developed applications for the eHealth, sports, and construction sectors. Ruben is also heavily involved in training junior developers.
