How long will Tango One be available?
We are limiting the number of clients we will be accepting into Tango One so that we can continue to ensure the high standard of quality our clients have come to love.
How many requests can I make?
It really is unlimited! Tango One Members may make as many requests as they wish, and these are prioritized based on your needs and timelines. Please note that turnaround times are based on the size and scope of the requests.
How many iterations am I allowed to make?
We pride ourselves on the low number of iterations requested by our clients, but we do not limit how many you can make.
How long does a request take to fulfill?
It depends on scope and if there are dependencies. For smaller design and development tasks, 1 to 2 days, but for something like a full website design and buildout, we would work with you to target a reasonable timeline and launch plan. In all cases we communicate how long we estimate a request will take, including iterations.
What if my request is outside of your capabilities?
We have partnerships with key companies to ensure that we can offer top tier expertise not just on our core competencies, but also for those services that are more on the fringe of what we do.
