Established in 2018, Ubora was borne from a desire to offer excellent coffee in a clean, comfortable place, as well as offer opportunities for employment for veterans and first responders. With two flagship locations and several years of steady growth, Ubora was ready to evolve its digital storefront and market their products to a wider audience.

The market for coffee is saturated, so how can Ubora increase brand awareness and grab market share?
Ubora’s initial online storefront did not properly capture the excellence that their storefront properties promoted.
As a small business on a budget, Ubora could not spend competitively, so marketing efforts had to be creative and within a tight budget.
While the brand itself is strong, the website and marketing assets surrounding the brand didn’t measure up, and the founders were eager to elevate their assets to ensure that whether the customer walked into an Ubora Coffee shop, visited them online, purchased a bag of beans or discovered them via their coffee trucks, the experience is consistent.
With a new website design and buildout, new packaging labels, posters, pull-ups, tasting kits, and marketing campaigns targeting new customers, Ubora now has a unified brand voice from which to capture and expand its market share. TangoSquared is continuing to refine and evolve Ubora’s assets and messaging to support planned store openings and new product offerings.
