Data and video proof of an athletes performance enable coaches and recruiters to cut through bold claims and emboldened parents to form an accurate assessment of capability and unrealized potential. Top 100 Sports excelled in capturing this valuable data but was encumbered by an arduous process and too much reliance on third party systems.

A resource-intensive process for recording and verifying player data. Organizations wowed by the results were unimpressed by the turnaround time.
The third party platforms serving up player profiles were hard to use, and weren’t accessible at the event, leaving little for parents and their athletes to engage with.
The marketing website was lacking in visual sophistication and had no integration with any of the player data.
Our Approach
Take the existing tools away and the process for capturing performance data becomes clear; identify, capture, validate. TangoSquared participated in these events to identify what could be culled from the process and develop a smooth, efficient process that started with the athlete.
Setting new records on eval data
TangoSquared developed a native iOS app and wristband system where at each metric station, players have their wristband scanned, and Top 100 Sports immediately captures video and data. This data was then pushed to a live leaderboard and to each players profile, which could then be accessed by the parents and players through native iOS and Android applications.
